About Us
A place where the river does most of the talking
Yaak River Campground sits on 48 acres along one of Montana's most pristine waterways. We're not a resort with a schedule — we're a quiet stretch of riverbank where you can park, pitch, and disappear for a while.
Whether you're here to fish the current, hike the Selkirk trails, or simply sit on the porch and watch the light change over the pines, we've got a spot for you. No Wi-Fi. No TV. Just the real Northwest.

Experience
The outdoors, right at your doorstep
Lincoln County doesn't do crowded trails or packed parking lots. It does wide-open skies, quiet rivers, and forests that go on forever.
Fly Fishing
The Yaak is famous for steelhead and salmon. Cast a line from the bank or wade in — it's yours to enjoy.
Hiking & Trails
Miles of trails through old-growth forest and along ridgelines with views that make your legs forget about it.
Stargazing
Zero light pollution means the Milky Way is visible from the porch. Bring a blanket and stay up late.
Wildlife
Eagles, deer, bears — all part of the neighborhood. Watch them from your campsite or the cabin porch.
Group Gatherings
Bring the family, the crew, or the dog. Our sites accommodate groups and we love hosting reunions.
Four Seasons
Spring wildflowers, summer rivers, autumn colors, winter snow. Each visit is a different landscape.

We're accessible year-round via US-2, but once you turn in, the world slows down. Lincoln County is remote by design — and that's exactly why we're here.
